The challenge
Rolling Digital wanted AI advice grounded in its own business. Its plans, brand guidance and creative resources needed to be organised and available to the advisor.
What we did
We brought company plans, creative templates, competitor research and brand guidance into Notion. Alongside the workspace, we prepared Luca Reynard, a personalised AI advisor, with relevant company knowledge.
How it works
Notion provided a structured base for company planning, while Luca was prepared to discuss decisions in the context of the company’s work and direction.
The results
The delivered setup combined one connected company workspace with a business-specific AI advisor.
What we learned
Organising the knowledge was part of the product. Developing the workspace and advisor together gave the conversations a specific business context.
